Hey There! I'm Erin,
A certified Mat & Reformer Pilates instructor who believes small daily practices create big life transformations. Over the years, I’ve trained and taught in studios across Austin, Texas and Upstate New York, blending movement, mindfulness, and music into every class I design. Now I'm bringing that same environment directly to you through Mantra Method.
